Bauerware will confirm receipt all orders by e-mail and customers may track orders with their confirmation number (through Confirmation Wizard). All orders indicating delivery to an address other than the cardholder’s billing address will be confirmed prior to shipping, and may delay shipping by 1 business day. This is for your own protection from credit card fraud.

Our policy is to charge the amount due on your credit cards at time of shipping.

Bauerware typically maintains enough stock in each item to ensure that merchandise ordered is available to be shipped out within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order. From time to time, stock levels are depleted due to high demand and may require an additional 1-3 weeks before we can restock and complete your order. We will notify you of any items that are back-ordered and will project a ship date. You may decide at that time if you wish to have us ship any other items separately or if you want to cancel that portion of your order. All orders are typically shipped complete.

Packages to Post Office Boxes, American Samoa, Guam and other U.S. Protectorates and territories will be shipped only via the United States Postal Service (USPS). This means that for standard shipping addresses these addresses are considered U.S. Addresses.

We can ship to you via United States Postal Service (USPS) Express Mail as our "Standard Shipping" or UPS Worldwide Express as our "Expedited Shipping". Because the shipping prices vary greatly by Country, we will provide you with a quote for your selected choice of shipping.

Typically, our Standard Shipping will take anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks depending on your location. Our Expedited Shipping will take between 1 to 4 days depending on your location after the package leaves Bauerware.

Please refer to our notes about Customs Information for International shipping. Bauerware is not responsible for any customs or import duties levied upon arrival in your location.

Customs for all international packages list the value of your order. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient: we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for more information.

We do not typically ship Next Day Air (except as noted), but will upon special request. However, sending a package Next Day Air or 2^nd Day Air does not change how long it takes us to fill your order and prepare it for shipment!! It only reduces the amount of time it takes your merchandise to travel, once it leaves our store.
